There were several businesses - artists, musicians, photographers - who, over the years, thrived as a team and conducted their businesses from The Sound of Music Building in Scott's Addition. "We are all partners as well as good friends." Said Lisa Rine, Hollywoods Hair Studio.

I became friends with Amy Quidley. Quidley and longtime partner Charlie Hughes purchased Moore Street Café in 2016. We put our heads together, met with Henry Briggs of Briggs Real Estate, and many of the tenants relocated to 2910 W. Moore Street - beside Moore Street Cafe.

The new collaborative will consist of the following creatives:

Moore Street Café – Amy Quidley and Charlie Hughes

Stuff-RVA – Kelly Adams

Zou Zou’s Basement - Susannah Raine – Artist

Will Zimmer - Artist

Repair Planet – Temple Kelly

Alex Rodriquez - Music Teacher

Hollywood Hair Studio - Lisa Rine

Jeremy Bustin Photography

Valerie McDonald, an interior decorator that recently relocated from Connecticut, trying to outrun the pandemic.

Change is inevitable and with that comes better opportunities. Covid will soon move on and we hope to resume a new normalcy.
